Job Description
Purpose of the role is to manage day-to-day affiliate activity and assist with Paid Search campaign execution, reporting, and testing.
* Optimise affiliate partnerships to boost sales growth.
* Recruit and manage new affiliates to expand the program.
* Ensure affiliate initiatives align with company policies.
* Monitor affiliate performance and relationships.
Key responsibilities include supporting Paid Search execution, including testing and bid management, assisting with reporting and insights for both channels, and using data to drive search campaign optimisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proficient in Excel and familiar with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics.
* Experience in performance marketing and campaign management tools.
* Google Ads certification and platform editor experience preferred.
* Solid understanding of PPC and media platform functionality.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, proactive with strong communication, project management, and risk management skills.
