This role offers an opportunity to work with a growing builder on the Gold Coast.
The ideal candidate will have experience in volume or project home building and be familiar with the land development process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with developers and agents to secure new land opportunities
* Collaborating with internal sales and estimating teams to create saleable packages
* Staying up-to-date on land releases, pricing, and estate guidelines
* Supporting marketing efforts with accurate and relevant information
* Liaising with the packaging team to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
* A proven track record of working with land developers or a strong drive to build these relationships
* A good understanding of estate guidelines, overlays, setbacks, and market preferences in SEQ
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and taking action
* An analytical mind with a keen eye for numbers and design
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This is a full-time, Gold Coast-based role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the industry and be able to navigate complex relationships.
