Inspection Officer / Open Homes Representative - Property Inspections
Brisbane & Gold Coast
Queensland Property Inspections (QPI) is a fast‐growing property inspection and open‐home services company working with leading real estate agencies across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with Sunshine Coast expansion underway.
About the Role
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Prepare accurate inspection reports using inspection software
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Host residential open homes on behalf of agency clients
- Professionally greet attendees and manage sign‐ins
- Manage keys, access and daily inspection runs
- Communicate clearly with property managers when required
Work Schedule
- Weekday inspections (Monday‐Friday)
- Saturdays open homes required (flexible workload depending on availability and performance)
Requirements
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (Certificate of Registration or higher)
- Professional presentation and confident communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Smartphone capable of running inspection software
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Previous inspection or open‐home experience preferred (but not essential)
