Classification
To be an effective team member in Council's Works section in carrying out Council's road construction and maintenance programme efficiently, productively and safely. To carry out directives from Council's Works Supervisor and Works Manager to all specification and quality required.
Hours
76 hour fortnight (some out of hours work may required).

Status
Permanent full time
The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently and effectively within a team and have a current Class HC Truck licence.
Salary
Level 5 – starting at $71,435.47 p.a. plus statutory superannuation. (In accordance with the Yorke Peninsula Council Local Government Employees Enterprise Agreement No 8, 2024).

Location
Maitland Depot, however appointment is to the Council, therefore the successful applicant may be required to undertake duties at other locations.
