Key Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Manager role oversees the financial control function across 16 regional sites in Victoria. The successful candidate will manage a team of five people, providing clear communication and effective delegation.
Core Responsibilities:
* Ensuring general ledger integrity, payables, and receivables are accurately managed
* Overseeing timely completion of month-end processes and statutory deadlines
* Leading production, recording, and reporting of monthly management accounts
* Business partnering with senior managers to measure operating performance and profitability
* Managing budgeting, financial forecasting, periodic reporting, and financial modelling
* Supporting group payroll functions where required
* Treasury management, ensuring superior systems and processes are in place
* Preparing executive reports for senior leadership teams as requested
* Ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes–Oxley requirements for Australian operations
