We are Proud Smile Dental and Aesthetics and are located in three prime positions on the Gold Coast and are currently seeking experienced, motivated Dental Assistants and Receptionists to join our quickly growing, patient focused practice in Hope Island.

About the Roles
Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
* Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
* Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment
* Maintain a clean and organised clinical environment
* Provide chairside support and patient care
* Manage stock and clinical supplies
Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner
* Schedule and manage appointments
* Handle phone and email enquiries
* Process payments and health fund claims and maintain accurate patient records
* Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in dental assisting and/or reception is highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A reliable, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
