As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

The role involves a range of administrative tasks, including:

* Answering telephone calls and directing staff members
* Processing student graduation documentation
* Checking data accuracy for reporting purposes
* Maintaining computer databases and inputting data
* Collating and distributing survey and student information
* Relaying messages to other staff members and branches
* Maintaining office tidiness and administrative support

Key requirements for this position include:

* Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good keyboarding skills and customer service experience
* Ability to prioritise work, initiative, and time management skills
