We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and established construction company specialising in the delivery of high-quality aged care facilities. With a strong project pipeline and a reputation for excellence, the business continues to grow and is seeking a qualified and motivated Construction Manager to join the team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a qualified carpenter ready to step into a site management role, or someone with construction experience looking to build on their leadership capabilities. You will work closely with the Site Manager to help deliver projects to the highest standard, ensuring safety, compliance, and timelines are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day management of construction sites
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and site scheduling
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Monitor project progress and identify issues proactively
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth delivery
About You
* Full Australian working rights (mandatory)
* Site supervisory or leadership experience (desirable but not essential)
* Experience in aged care or healthcare construction is highly regarded
* Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
* Professional communication and organizational skills
* Proactive, safety-conscious and reliable work ethic
Permanent, full-time opportunity with a reputable builder. Competitive salary package between $120,000 – $140,000 including super, based on experience. Work on meaningful aged care projects that contribute to the community. Supportive team culture with a strong pipeline of work.
