Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Business Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure business efficiency. As an Administrative Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, supporting HR processes, and overseeing procurement and vendor management.
Main Responsibilities
1. Office Administration: Manage office administration, document control, and recordkeeping systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
2. Meetings and Travel: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events to ensure smooth execution.
3. HR Support: Provide support with onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience.
4. Procurement and Logistics: Oversee procurement, vendor management, and office supply logistics to maintain efficient operational processes.
5. ERP Systems: Maintain ERP systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting to inform business decisions.
6. Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, schedules, and milestone tracking to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
