About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our guests and team during your shift. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, uphold our high service standards, and lead by example to create memorable stays for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee hotel operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service.
* Support and guide front office team members.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Act as the point of contact for emergency situations.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within hospitality.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
