About the Role
Supporting the Hanwood site, this HR Business Partner role works closely with leaders to deliver practical and strategic HR solutions, enabling strong people outcomes across a complex, blue-collar operation.
The HR Business Partner role will focus on:
* Strategic People Planning & Business Partnering – workforce planning with a strong focus on risk and capability
* Change Management – supporting and leading organisational change initiatives
* High-risk and complex ER case management and ensuring full compliance with legislation and company policies
* Audits – internal and external HR and compliance audits
* Award / Enterprise Agreement interpretation and involvement in EA negotiations
* Visa compliance and right-to-work obligations
* Talent capability – supporting the development and capability uplift of leaders and teams
About You
You’re an experienced HR professional ready to step into, or already operating in, a Business Partnering role. You’ll bring:
* HR experience gained within Australian industrial or blue-collar workplaces
* Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and industrial instruments
* The ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working autonomously in a dynamic, operational setting
* Solid Microsoft Excel and general MS Office capability
