Key Responsibilities:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at our trade sales counter, handling telephone enquiries with a focus on seamless order processing.

You will process orders with accuracy, clarify details, and follow up on their status, while liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and stock availability.

Additionally, you will handle invoices and payments at the front counter and provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organisation and self-motivation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

A background in the roofing or plumbing industry is a plus, but not essential. What's key is your passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
