Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage and Beauty Therapist to join our team in Yarrawonga, Victoria. As a Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments to clients including massage, body treatments and facials. Your expertise in assessing clients' conditions and implementing appropriate massage techniques will contribute to their overall health and well-being.
* Perform various massage and body treatments.
* Setup and clean the spa area, ensuring best presentation is maintained.
* Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up for our valued clients.
* Promote health & beauty products for retail sale within the spa reception.
* Assist with any operational requirements as directed.
* Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality about clients' personal information.
Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Beauty Therapy/Massage is essential.
* Demonstrated experience working as a Massage & Beauty Therapist is preferred.
* Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations related to massage therapy practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficiency in various massage techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone massage.
* Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate treatment plans.
* Skilled at developing personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs.
* Attention to detail when documenting client records.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team of massage & beauty therapists.
