To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong background in prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and selling directly to new customers.
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a territory, sourcing sales accounts directly, and working developed leads from our inbound call center and other sales channels. This critically important role will involve heavy outbound calling, emailing, and in-person visits to identify and close deals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting for new customers and building relationships with decision-makers
* Sourcing sales accounts and developing leads through direct outreach and follow-up activities
* Traveling regularly throughout the territory (approximately 20%) to meet with customers and prospects
* Creating customized outreach ideas to reach new customers and build brand awareness

Requirements:
* 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field
* Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products (SaaS and physical products)
* Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand
* Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
