About the role
As our Administration Officer, you will support our services and ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations. This dynamic position involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and event coordination. You will manage correspondence, schedule meetings, conduct village tours and assist with marketing activities to create a welcoming experience for residents and visitors. If you are organised, proactive and passionate about making a difference, this role offers variety and purpose within a values‐driven organisation.
Responsibilities
* Managing resident admissions, agreements, and discharges
* Maintaining waitlists and supporting occupancy targets
* Coordinating enquiries and tours for prospective residents
* Providing general administrative and reception support
* Rostering, recording resident records, incident reports, billing and compliance
Qualifications
* Certificate 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
* Solid understanding of office administration processes and proficiency with office equipment
* Intermediate computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* National Police Check and National Insolvency Check
