Role: Senior Educator

Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week
Pay: $38.20ph - $39.35ph

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

- Prime Location - We're just 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4. A vibrant new development featuring shops and eateries is currently under construction just across the road.

- Experienced Leadership - Our long-standing team is the heart of Ocean Reef. All room leaders have over 5 years of service with Goodstart, and some, including our Nursery Room Leader and Assistant Director, are celebrating 10 years! You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
