ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As Store Manager at
Hush Puppies Sydney Central,
you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll motivate and develop a high-performing team, maintain strong visual and brand standards, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This role suits a hands-on retail leader who is passionate about footwear, customer service, and achieving results.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
* Drive store performance through effective sales strategies and commercial decision-making
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to support succession planning
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
