With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career.**About the role**We are looking for a Support Officer Field to join the growing team on a casual basis.In this role you will provide hands-on support to the branch team while assisting with day-to-day operations in the field and workshop. You will work closely with the team to ensure equipment, irrigation systems and general farm infrastructure are maintained and operating efficiently.**Responsibilities*** Work flexibly across the rural irrigation sector, supporting a range of field projects.* Perform in-field excavation and install irrigation pipe systems, pump systems, and automation controls.* Carry out repairs and maintenance of bore pumps to ensure reliable operation.* Be prepared to work remotely from the Bundaberg area for short periods as needed.* Demonstrate a positive, flexible, and proactive "can-do" attitude in all tasks.* Hold a valid truck licence.* Previous irrigation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.**About you**This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is practical and reliable, and is willing to support the team where needed.
