Role Description
We are seeking a Casual Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess the Certificate III in Pathology Collection course at our Adelaide, SA campus. This on-site role involves conducting practical and theoretical training, assessing students' competencies in line with accredited standards, and providing continuous support to ensure their academic success. The Trainer/Assessor will play a crucial role in maintaining our high educational standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to deliver and assess content related to pathology collection, including practical and theoretical components.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of students and support their learning journey.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements and experience adhering to the standards set by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) framework.
* Competency in time management and organizational skills to manage class schedules, assessments, and reporting duties efficiently.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), relevant qualifications in Pathology Collection, and current industry experience.
* Proficiency in providing student-focused education and fostering an encouraging and inclusive training environment.
