Senior Associate - Liability

The Team:
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 32 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas. The principals that had up the team for this particular position are Rhett Kennedy and Fiona Sennett.
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join our tight knit team in Brisbane. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a broad range of public liability and general insurance work, including silicosis matters.
The Successful Candidate:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- previous defendant insurance experience (preferably public liability);
- ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- effective communication skills;
- ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; and
- collaborative and pragmatic approach.
