The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering & Integration Manager to lead and drive technical excellence across multiple digital platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic oversight with active involvement in engineering and integration. You will manage a team of 10 engineers working on consumer-facing mobile applications, integration platforms, and web solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise-scale systems.
Required Skills
* Core Engineering
o Mobile & web app development using React Native / Expo (JavaScript/TypeScript).
o AWS-native backend engineering: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, EventBridge, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS.
o Integration workflows.
o Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation.
* DevOps & Delivery
o End-to-end CI/CD pipeline design and operation using GitHub workflows.
o Secure delivery practices: IAM, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store.
o Cross-platform environment management (mobile, web, APIs, AWS).
* Toolchain & Platforms
o GitHub for source control and pipeline orchestration.
o AWS Cloud Services (CloudFront, Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, S3, CloudWatch).
o Expo / EAS Build for mobile CI/CD.
o Kumologica for orchestration and workflow automation.
* Programming Languages
o Strong coding ability in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and AWS Lambda functions.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Sitecore for web content management.
* Familiarity with low-code platforms and workflow orchestration.
* Exposure to enterprise-scale environments and customer-facing digital solutions.
* Thought leadership in CI/CD best practices and modern engineering approaches.
