Business Development Manager

* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your existing industry relationships and book of business to quickly establish a pipeline of prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at food manufacturers.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for new product offerings.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering consistent revenue growth and contributing to the company's bottom line.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
* Report on strategic goals, performance against timeframes, and financial budgets.
* Provide detailed reports to senior management on client and product development strategies.
