Responsibilities
* Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
* Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
* Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.
* Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
* Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
* Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.
Qualifications
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
* Have previous F&B Supervisory experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Table service and counter service experience.
* Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
