Program / Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation (HR, Safety & Asset Management)

Brisbane | Hybrid Working

Competitive Daily Rate

Contract Role - 12 Months (possible extension)

About the role: We are recruiting for an experienced Program / Project Manager to support a major council transformation initiative delivered through the iVolve Program, a key component of the broader iFuture strategy. The program is focused on transforming how council operates by implementing modern enterprise systems, improving operational visibility, enabling data‐driven decision making and enhancing customer and employee experiences.

You will lead and support the delivery of several key transformation initiatives including the ElevateHR, ElevateSafety, and Elevate Assets & Works Management (ElevateAWM) projects. These initiatives will introduce modern platforms including Workday (HR), Aurion (Payroll) and new digital solutions to improve safety management, workforce capability and asset operations across council. You will operate in a complex stakeholder environment, working closely with executive leaders, operational teams and technology partners to deliver large‐scale organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multiple enterprise transformation projects within the iVolve program.
* Manage program planning, governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams across technology, HR, operations and safety.
* Ensure alignment with the broader iFuture transformation objectives.
* Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
HR & Workforce Transformation (ElevateHR)
* Support the implementation of Workday (HCM) and Aurion (Payroll) solutions.
* Deliver modern HR capabilities including recruitment, performance management and employee self‐service.
* Improve workforce insights through reporting, dashboards and people analytics.
* Enable automation and integration across People & Culture processes.
* Deliver seamless employee lifecycle management including onboarding, development and offboarding.
Workplace Health & Safety Transformation (ElevateSafety)
* Lead initiatives to modernise workplace health and safety systems and processes.
* Improve WHS issue management, reporting and compliance frameworks.
* Enable better integration between WHS and HR systems.
* Streamline safety reporting and reduce manual processes.
* Deliver improved visibility and consistency in safety management practices.
Assets & Works Management Transformation (ElevateAWM)
* Deliver improved systems and processes for asset and works management across council.
* Enable centralised scheduling, dispatch and maintenance planning for operational crews.
* Improve field mobility and access to real‐time operational information.
* Strengthen asset lifecycle management and defect reporting capabilities.
* Improve operational coordination, data visibility and service delivery outcomes.
About You
* Proven experience delivering large‐scale transformation programs.
* Strong background in enterprise system implementation.
* Experience delivering HR, payroll, workforce or asset management platforms.
* Demonstrated capability managing complex multi‐stakeholder environments.
* Strong governance, risk management and program reporting experience.
* Experience working within government or large enterprise environments desirable.
* Ability to lead cross‐functional teams through organisational change.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role is suitable for an experienced senior contractor with strong enterprise transformation delivery experience and may extend as the broader program progresses.
