Position
Full Time Store Leader – responsible for the overall performance of the assigned Travelex store, reporting to the area manager.
The Opportunity
We are seeking friendly, self‐motivated retail experts to lead our Retail Team. As the face of Travelex, you will promote our travel‐money products and run a profitable business in line with our standards, philosophies and operational systems.
Key Accountabilities
* Grow sales and profitability of the store, including online/ATM sales.
* Drive customer retention and market‐share growth.
* Collect feedback and reviews digitally (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
* Identify, report and resolve risks to a safe, secure and compliant working environment.
* Achieve individual and store sales goals and deadlines daily.
* Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and sales performance.
* Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in‐store development.
* Drive best practice, including performance management.
* Conduct monthly one‐on‐one and store‐wide sales meetings to ensure effective action plans.
* Build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
* Communicate, track and drive incentives.
