Position Overview
Business Banking Manager - Broker – you'll join a high‐performing team of Business Bankers, driving real impact for customers. Focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow the Finance Broker network to identify new opportunities to support customers with business banking options and provide sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
* Drive revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and deepening of client relationships.
* Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
* Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
* Ensure the Brokers and Customers feel supported and valued.
* Manage day‐to‐day compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
* A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
* Proven experience in business banking products and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
* A genuine passion for customer service.
* A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
* Excellent communication skills.
