About the Role
As Senior Library Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supervising customer service operations across BKI libraries.
Responsibilities
Oversee front-facing library services, including live chat, inboxes, and phone support
Manage rosters and workflows for Library Officers, ensuring smooth daily operations
Coordinate library tours, student orientation programs, and engagement activities
Collaborate with IT to enhance user experience and troubleshoot IT issues
Contribute to strategic and operational priorities as part of the library leadership team
What we expect from you
A Diploma in Library and Information Services (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams, including rostering and workflow management
Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capability
Tech-savvy approach with proficiency in library management systems
Excellent communication and skills, with the ability to motivate staff
