Hi there, we are Maintain Me We are a young, fresh and fun gardening business and we are looking for an **EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE GARDENER**with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a garden maintenance and landscaping. We are offering competitive wages from $30 - $35 per hour depended on experience. We are seeking someone with the
- A proven ability to take initiative in completing projects with excellent organisational skills and aptitude to drive results.
- A passion and a love of gardening and landscaping on a professional basis
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the Landscape gardening industry.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping/Horticulture or at least 3 years work experience in lieu
- The ability and experience to understand planting designs.
- Experience in setting out and installation of Hard and Soft Landscapes
- Have extensive Tree and Plant knowledge
- Experience in leading, supporting, motivating, and mentoring Staff
- Experience in Scheduling works - staff resources, material requirements, ordering and implementation
- Have exceptional and highly adapted communication skills
- Commercial landscape experience is a must
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
- Experience in costing jobs/projects and preparing tenders
- Previous experience and knowledge of ISO systems - 45001, 9001 & 14001
