Covering an hour and a half radius from Albury on both sides of the border mean an opportunity to see our wonderful countryside. We have established referrers and caseloads in Wangaratta, Benalla, Yarrawonga, Rutherglen, Holbrook, Beechworth and surrounds.
We offer a variety of work arrangements to suit you from full time, to part time or casual - however the shoe fits for you and how you want to live your life. If you want to work from home, then this is an option too - our client systems and all our meetings have online access. Efficiency in our work tasks, ensuring the team are validated with their clinical decision making and that work challenges remain at work is paramount for us, therefore twice daily team catch-ups are completed as just one of the many strategies to support our team.
Professional development, ensuring evidenced based practice and ongoing quality improvement of our service is of upmost importance. We have a fortnightly journal club session, minimum monthly PD sessions and dedicated team days for completing our mandatory competencies and QI initiatives.
Within our team we have a wonderful Allied Health Assistant as well as Administration extraordinaire who take much of the admin and accounting burden away from the OTs so you can focus on what you enjoy most which is seeing your clients.
