My client is a leader in the diversified investment space offer innovative investment strategies that cover listed equities, debt, private equity and infrastructure products that are highly regarded in the institutional market.
Duties and responsibilities are very much end-to-end and cover preparing financial statements, unit pricing and monthly distribution reporting. Other additional responsibilities include resolving technical tax issues that cover domestic and foreign regulations and liaising with clients and stakeholders to escalate and resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a background in investment or fund accounting within the Funds space. You will have an in-depth knowledge in tax and be able to interpret complex fund structures into tangible accounting and tax treatments. You will be ideally either CA, CPA qualified. Candidates that have experience working with listed equities and debt products will be held in high regard. As will those who have end to end exposure to pricing, distribution statements and tax reporting.
