We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion program over a 10-year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region – from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park.

About the Opportunity
D4C is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic, diverse and high-performing teams across the Sydney region.
You will manage the delivery of construction projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed within the set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating resources and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes.
Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environmental management.
Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short-term construction programmes and plan daily/weekly production work.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder management through positive, proactive and professional communication to keep key personnel informed.
Read and understand plans, review design documentation, interpret drawings, and provide constructive review and implementation of final designs.
Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to building a risk-management culture.
Select, train and develop leading hands and ensure the observance of safety, other work standards and fair and reasonable application of industrial agreements.
Manage access and the movement of materials, plant and equipment to and within the site and work area in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
Understand the specifications and drawings relating to the works.
Provide positive leadership to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed is in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
Ensure that relevant hold and witness points are complied with.
Maintain diary records of actual progress including issues and usage.
About You
Australian Trade Qualification
5+ years previous construction experience in a similar role.
Substantial industry experience in trade and construction.
NSW Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Desirable: Waste water industry experience, civil or mechanical background.
