Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious AIN to provide high-level care within our specialised supported living settings. As a key member of our team, you will deliver quality nursing care and support to a diverse range of unique customers using a person-centred approach. You will promote improvement in quality of life and foster independence for people with disability.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the disability field, preferably within group home settings. Experience in Manual Handling (hoist experience) and repositioning is highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in PEG feeding, stoma care, epilepsy management, challenging behaviours and Dysphagia training/experience is also required. Additionally, you should be comfortable in personal care/grooming and able to engage with the individual.
You will be working on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts. Your typical duties may include:
