About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting your local community?
Our Customer Service team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team on a part time basis. In this role you will be the first point of contact – providing helpful information, answering enquiries and guiding people through Council services. This role will provide support across both they Heywood and Portland offices, as required.
If you have a demonstrated positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, then this is the perfect role for you!

What you need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve, analyse issues and find solutions to basic problems.
- Experience in Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook and SharePoint (preferred)
