About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person that is willing to learn the Re-roller & Inspection Operative role, you'll be the final quality checkpoint before labels are dispatched to customers.
No previous experience is required as we will provide all the training. This role suits someone with a strong eye for detail and pride in delivering work that's right the first time. If you already have industry experience, we would like to hear from you too.

Key responsibilities
* Reroll and inspect printed label rolls to customer specifications
* Slit rolls to correct widths and replace non-conforming labels
* Identify and prevent defects such as scuffing or delamination
* Prepare finished rolls for dispatch
* Work with printers to improve future runs
* Support waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

* Ability to learn
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
* Confident communicator who works well in a team
Desirable but not essential
* Printing or related technical certification
* Exposure to LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma or continuous improvement programs
