Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experience. Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets. Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
