Job Description
* Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects, from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and technical excellence.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and accountability.
* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
* Prepare and present project performance reports to senior leadership.
* Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
* Champion continuous improvement in project delivery, leveraging lean and agile principles.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
* Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
* Proven track record managing technical projects in industrial environments.
* Strong command of project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
