About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Clayton.
This role offers an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the volume recruitment of temporary staff for growing accounts
* Completing physical screening assessments and reporting
* Conducting phone screening and in-person interviews
* Answering inbound calls and assisting with candidate queries
* Ensuring client recruitment needs are managed in a timely manner
