About the role: We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador for a casual assignment to proactively manage relationships with our clients and service providers, ensuring that service delivery expectations are exceeded. This casual role supports the Facilities Management team, with a primary focus on maintaining an outstanding level of service across facilities and administration business areas. Flexibility is required to support different site needs as they arise. As a Workplace Ambassador, you will work alongside the Account Team, providing operational support for client facilities to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all physical aspects, fostering safe and productive environments for occupants.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
* Provide vendor management support by ensuring subcontractors perform to required standards, including inspection of vendor work
* Assist in financial processes to ensure all management requirements are completed accurately and promptly
* Support conferences by coordinating room bookings, preparing rooms for meetings, and arranging catering as needed
* Perform weekly consumables orders, receive/store as required, and provide records to PFM
* Oversee site cleanliness and direct cleaning staff to ensure spaces remain tidy
* Organize specialty cleaning as needed
* Provide administrative support to the Contract Administrator to ensure staff security clearances are maintained
* Assist in carrying out safety procedures as required
* Support the property risk management program
* Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures
* Adhere to JLL business conduct guidelines, procedures, and strategies
Key Skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work as needed in a casual capacity
* Proficient in English and communication (telephone, email, Microsoft suite)
* Experience in property, facilities, or project management
* Receptionist experience, with the ability to provide short-term support
* Knowledge of technical services
* Ability to manage multiple issues concurrently within tight deadlines
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented and focused on performance targets
* Strong client service focus
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
