Clinical Facilitator
* Provide clinical direction support and guidance for clinical staff including students graduates and novice nurses.
* Assist in coordination and implementation of student placement program including facilitation supervision while on clinical placement.
This role requires an experienced nurse to work collaboratively with education team planning delivering hospital-wide education programs ensuring safe effective clinical practice following best practices. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management organisational skills high level adaptability experience mentoring staff willingness attain preceptorship certificate IV workplace training assessment preferred.
