Overview
Operating within Midwifery (Blacktown), the Senior Lecturer provides academic leadership in the School by undertaking coordination responsibilities and/or other leadership portfolios as required. The Senior Lecturer will be expected to make a significant contribution to the learning and teaching scholarship and/or research performance of the School in Midwifery, develop and deliver lecture, tutorial and laboratory classes and contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the School. Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership in the School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedicine (Midwifery track).
- Coordinate responsibilities and/or other leadership portfolios as required.
- Contribute to the learning and teaching scholarship and/or research performance of the School in Midwifery.
- Develop and deliver lecture, tutorial and laboratory classes.
- Contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the School.

What We Offer
- Total remuneration valued to $178,414 - $193,705 total rem (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $151,018 - $164,087 (pro rata) per annum (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date.
- Adaptable work, study leave, a variety of leave provisions and salary packaging.
