About the Role
The Clinical Care Manager leads daily operations to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents. You’ll oversee clinical and support services, drive continuous quality improvement and foster strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff and key stakeholders. Guided by our Values, you provide clear leadership, maintain compliance with all standards and create a supportive, high‑performing care environment.
* Utilise your expert clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership role
* Report directly to the Site Operations Manager and be an essential, integral part of the Site Management Team
* Relieve Site Operations Manager in their absence
* Use your leadership expertise to assist with daily operations of the facility ensuring the delivery of care is resident focused and to a high level of exellence while engendering our values
* Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance requirements are met
* Promote best-practice continuous improvement in clinical care and resident service
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, staff and stakeholders
* Be a highly motivated to develop and support teams in a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a clinical care or leadership role
* A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
* Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
* A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to our residents
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
