In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries while ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Manage quotes, orders, pricing, and product information efficiently.
Provide timely and accurate delivery and product details to customers.
Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, end-users, and sales representatives.
Coordinate with freight companies to ensure smooth shipments and deliveries.
Follow up on outstanding quotes and requests to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Qualifications
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in a B2B enviornment - liasing with local and national businesses
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Experience or knowledge of building or plumbing products.
Experience liaising with freight companies and managing logistics.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to contribute to team success.
