The ideal candidate will combine people management, operational oversight, and industry understanding. The Customer Service Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer service, high staff morale, and consistent standards.
Responsibilities include: Creating, updating, and monitoring customer service policies to enhance guest experiences. Streamlining front-of-house and customer service processes for smooth daily operations. Guiding, mentoring, and evaluating team members, including hiring and onboarding. Leading and supporting staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction. Designing follow-up strategies to gather feedback and improve services. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs. Supporting operations within reservation or call centre environments. Ensuring high-quality customer service across all shifts. Managing complaints professionally and efficiently. Analyzing feedback and data to identify improvement areas. Qualifications: Relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma. At least two (2) years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in a similar role.
