Key Responsibilities
* Travel to various events to provide on-site technical support
* Apply independent judgment to resolve customer-related issues
* Develop software tools to improve operations and support processes
* Maintain the Ops Engineering code base
* Oversee network of Linux systems worldwide
* Collaborate with data R&D groups and counterparts in product development
* Effectively deliver solutions and support for Field Ops and pre-sales situations
* Document and publish technical notes and articles
Requirements
* Strong understanding of engineering principles and mathematical concepts
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Experience with Linux systems, Docker architecture, and programming languages
