What You'll Be Doing:
* Support senior agents with property listings, inspections, and client communications
* Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and local community members
* Conduct market research and help prepare sales reports and marketing materials
* Attend open homes and support negotiations and sales processes
* Learn the ropes of real estate sales with hands-on mentorship
* Create and manage sales/listing pipeline
* Meet and exceed set KPIs including cold calls
* Engage with potential clients actively
* Manage property viewings
* Maintain accurate records of interactions
