Treatment Therapist
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental delay and/or disability, providing therapy services under the guidance of our experienced Leadership Team.
* This position involves delivering high-quality clinical services within our Therapy, Education and Support Services team.
* Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

You will be working closely with a talented multidisciplinary team to broaden your holistic approach when working with customers.
* Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Delivering clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of our Leadership Team.
* Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve outcomes for customers.
* Leading clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice.
* Recognising and supporting cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers.
* Ensuring clear customer documentation.
* Working collaboratively with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team.
* Actively participating in staff supervision process.
* Participating in student placements.
* Being solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. 5+ years of experience as a Therapist.
2. Experience in supporting and mentoring others.
3. Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
4. Current professional membership with SPA or AHPRA.
5. Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
