The Role
* A Contracts Administrator to join the the commercial team on this project
* Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
* Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
* Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
* A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
* An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
* Industrial experience is highly regarded however not essential
* Positive tenure in your CV where controllable is highly regarded
* Experience delivering projects up to $15m in the Australian commercial construction industry for the head contractor

* $130,000 - $150,000 TRP (negotiable)
