About this role:
* You will be responsible for installing and maintaining various hardware systems, networks, and software applications.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service level agreements (SLAs).
Ideal candidate requirements:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex hardware issues.
2. Possession of a valid driver's license to operate vehicles while performing duties related to employment. You may need to travel across Australia or interstate based on operational needs. The vehicle used must comply with applicable laws including registration, CTP insurance & maintenance regulations.
The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and environments is essential.
