About the role

As our Organisational Development (OD) Lead for Talent, you will help shape and deliver Reece's talent strategy across ANZ, designing and implementing talent management and pipeline initiatives to support our 2030 vision. You'll also manage a small team of Coordinators who support talent, along with other People Experience programs.

We're a collaborative team and do our best work together, which is why we're primarily office based. Most of the team work a day from home each week, with ad hoc flexibility as needed.

Your day to day

* Development and delivery of our ANZ talent management strategy, which includes the leadership of our bi-annual talent councils
* Support leaders through key moments of organisational change by providing guidance on team structure, role design, and ways of working to drive effective outcomes.
* Identifying continuous improvements and new ways of working, that help us meet business needs more effectively
* Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of support staff
* Help to foster a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous learning within the team and wider business.

About you

* Prior experience as an HR BP, OD Specialist, or Talent Manager in a large corporate setting
* Proven track record delivering talent management programs and improving processes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of leading workshops and calibration sessions
* Skilled in data-driven decision-making, using benchmarks and other insights to guide talent initiatives
* Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Education, or related field
