About the Role
This role oversees relationships with external suppliers of CDC to ensure timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee contract administration, evaluate vendor performance, and work closely with internal teams to ensure streamlined procurement processes and effective operational support.
Other responsibilities include:
* Prepare and manage a variety of contractual documents, including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work in collaboration with legal and site teams.
* Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re‐tendering.
* Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post‐defect liability period.
* Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE.
* Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations.

About You
We're looking for someone with experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management, ideally within facilities, property, or a similar operational environment. This could be a great next step if you're ready to grow, or a good fit for someone more experienced who's happy to take on a hands‐on, steady role in a supportive team.
You'll need strong attention to detail, great stakeholder skills, and a can‐do attitude. This role is all about keeping things moving - from preparing contracts and supporting renewals, to working closely with vendors and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
